To develop these turnkey projects, we design and manufacture special throat presses with special dimensions and incorporate as many columns and hydraulic cylinders as necessary to perform the assembly process. We also produce and integrate the necessary tooling and fixtures in addition to the slides, pallets and positioning systems required for the efficient assembly of these parts.
Additionally, these bespoke machines are equipped with PLCs with the most important control, traceability and connectivity functions to ensure the highest quality assembly process. Our presses are manufactured according to European quality standards and have CE certification.
