Since our foundation in 1948, AGME designs and manufactures special purpose machines for the automatic assembly of car seat components (seat tracks, recliners, connecting rods, brackets, side frames, hinges...) and integrates the technology that best suits the production requirements of the automotive component industry. Our custom-made machines are automatic or semi-automatic assembly machines that incorporate the best assembly technologies: radial or orbital riveting, rolling over, flaring, crimping, pressing, tube forming, greasing, control and marking.
Whether riveting in a horizontal or vertical position, AGME develops automated assembly machines for the simultaneous riveting of both ends of the seat subassemblies with double AGME riveting machines when required. It makes it possible to minimize cycle times, decrease production costs and reduce the space used in the factory
AGME riveting machines integrate quality assurance systems that control the riveting process and ensure the final quality of all processed components. The customized machines we produce are programmed to be connected in real time with other machines, always adapting to the degree of automation and the connectivity needs of all industries.
The fixtures and tooling necessary to effectively perform this process are also designed and manufactured at AGME. We participate in all stages of the development and manufacturing of all turnkey project we conceive and we can guarantee top quality and delivery time.
Our customized machines are developed by a multidisciplinary team with extensive experience and knowledge in complex processes: mechanical engineers, electrical engineers and programmers who rigorously respond to the technical specifications of the different industries and the degree of automation they wish to apply to each production process.
The operator's safety is guaranteed by fixed guards, photoelectric barriers and a push-button control. Likewise, all the machinery developed at AGME Automated Assembly Solutions is CE certified and complies with European Community regulations.
