AGME Automated Assembly Solutions has manufactured its new AGME PE-50 electric presses, completely developed at AGME, to meet the increasingly demanding precision and repeatability requirements. With a 5-50 kN load range, its electric cylinder has a repeatability of 0.01 mm and it can get up to +/- 0,5% force measure precision if a load cell is added. Its robust deep throat frame and a dynamic compensation system enable greater precision. The operator can choose between different working modes: height, force, distance from contact or pressing time. It has a capacity for 100 work programs.
The complete PE-50 AGME electric presses PE perform the major control functions: force during course, distance, contact and final positions, and final applied force. The results monitoring is performed on a tactile screen with different graphics and pressing curves. They are stored on a database that can be exported to a PC, ensuring a total traceability of the process.
The modular design of this range of presses and their simple installation make it possible greater flexibility and versatility. It can be supplied as a complete autonomous electric press with CE certificate or as a basic PE-50 UC electric cylinder that can be integrated into larger special machines. Its operation is controlled by the PLC of the special machine where it is installed.
The AGME PE-50 electric press works with its own automata and provides all the control and monitoring functions. The multichannel interface manages up to 3 cylinders with the same software. The PE-UC AGME servo presses don´t have any control but if the client needs the AC control systems with standard software interface, the PE-50 UCC model that includes all electric automatisms, will be the right choice.
