AGME Automated Assembly Solutions designs and manufactures custom-made assembly machines with the help of all the know-how and experience we have accumulated in this field since our founding in 1948. We integrate the latest assembly and related technologies into our special purpose machines: joining, forming, handling, automation, control, greasing and marking technologies.
We conceive efficient, reliable and high quality automated assembly solutions at our engineering department. AGME assembly machines look for greater flexibility in production and it is only necessary to change the tools and modify the program when you want to process different parts models. We also incorporate riveting machines and presses manufactured by AGME to our special purpose machines so we can ensure the quality of all processes.
Our engineers develop solutions that enable the interconnectivity between machines. For this purpose we use various communication technologies such as Ethernet, intranet, RFID, barcodes reading and printing, and data matrix. In our automation department we produce from simple production data local storage systems in machines that are communicated via intranet to complex solutions that integrate full connectivity systems between machines located at different factories and different Internet servers.
