AGME launches the third generation of flexible riveting centers, CNC riveting machines that allow riveting of any geometric configuration that presents the location of the rivets, simply by introducing a sequence of the riveting process.
With a more current design, in line with the new corporate image of AGME Automated assembly solutions, and significant improvements in its performance and durability, the new flexible riveting centers are more robust, ergonomic machines and with relevant improvements in program management. All AGME CNC flexible riveting centers are equipped with the fourth generation of RA-UC series riveting heads, riveting units that also incorporate great advances in design, durability and operation.
The enclosure of the new RA-NCD series CNC riveting centers now includes panels with better accessibility for maintenance work. The electrical cabinet is narrower and also more accessible, thus optimizing the available space. Likewise, both the keypad and the control screen are closer and more accessible to the operator, thus facilitating their use.
The internal management of the programs, as well as the information storage capacity have been improved. Its agile conversational man/machine dialogue system, tactile HMI, is much more intuitive and its ease of use allows machine programming without having specific knowledge. Any programmer will quickly become familiar with the interface and will be able to create, copy, edit and delete programs.
The control of the flexible riveting centers is carried out by a standard Siemens PLC. This PLC manages the part programs and all the machine signals, sending the servodrivers the exact position where we want to perform the riveting. The standard equipment includes mechanical stop riveting and optionally an AC1 or AC2 quality assurance.
Among all the existing models, with two or three servo-controlled axes, you will find the best solution that makes the riveting process more flexible and efficient.
