We have already developed several special presses where the automatic riveting of the link pins is the primary operation. This process is carried out by an electric press, a riveting die and chain drive systems. The robust structure of our electric presses and a dynamic compensation system enable high levels of precision.
The control of the process is carried out by a PLC located in an electrical cabinet. An industrial PC can be also integrated and the process is displayed and monitored on a touch screen mounted to an adjustable pendant.
