AGME has developed a new orbital servo riveting machine with its own technology: the SRA-23 riveting head. This multipurpose head meets the needs of greater flexibility and capacity of the special machines where it is integrated. In addition, this orbital unit completes our range of standard riveting machines, formed until now exclusively by radial riveters.
Our SRA-23 UC riveting machine is the ideal solution for assembling components where rivets with different head diameters have to be riveted in the same special machine. The use of this orbital riveting unit is very wide. You can get riveted heads of 6 to 23 mm diameter. Smaller diameter rivets are processed with great precision and the larger diameter rivets are optimally riveted thanks to the great power of these riveting machines. The SRA-23 head unit also has the capability to process rivets with greater hardness. It can be supplied as a SRA-23 UC basic head or as a SRA-23 UCC intelligent head. The latter includes a plate with control elements to incorporate into the electrical cabinets of the special machines where it has to be installed.
AGME Automated Assembly Solutions also integrates these riveting units into the special assembly machines we design and manufacture for the major automotive component producers. Its incorporation is recommended for assembly solutions of components such as recliners, pedals and handbrakes, where there are usually rivets of different diameters. They are also supplied to engineers and integrators who need to increase the versatility of their special machines.
